Underwriting Department

Our Underwriting Department is highly skilled and motivated, ensuring that we assist the Broker in obtaining competitive pricing from leading insurers, including specialised insurers, in South Africa.

When it comes to updating of schedules, our Team will ensure that any items that need to be added or removed will be done within a timeous manner, once the instruction is received from the Broker, to ensure the clients cover is sufficient, up to date and to ensure customer satisfaction.

Renewals will be sent out to the Brokers within at least 30 days before renewal date to ensure compliance, as per Treating Customers Fairly.

Our Team is committed to providing excellent service and competitive products.

Our expert Claims Team ensures that from notification to pay out of claim this process is proficiently handled.

Claims received by our Claims Department are registered, validated, managed and settled according to the terms and conditions of the policy.
